cup steel cut oatmeal, black coffee

Lunch  12:45pm
Cup organic beef broth
2 wild rice cakes
string cheese

2pm Snack
sugary cappucino coffee mix

4pm
burrito

8pm
Veggie Lasagna (290 calories)
hot chocolate
